Database Access Troubleshooting Tips:

• Always access the NJKI databases from the NJKI member page at http://www.njki.org/corporate.php. Your NJKI member card number needs to be authenticated at the login page from the NJKI website. If you bookmark the vendor’s database home page, it will not recognize your NJKI card number the next time you try to login on that page.
• Using your NJKI member card number:

When entering your NJKI card number in the login box:

• Check that you entered the card number accurately.
• Do not include any spaces or hyphens in the number.

               General Internet Browser Tips

Referring Friends and Colleagues to NJKI:
You may refer your friends or colleagues for an NJKI business membership.
If you know of a business that:

• Needs to search for information in our specialized, limited access databases regularly.
• Works for a company that:
• has 50 or fewer employees,
• is not mostly owned (i.e. 51% or more) by another for-profit company,
• has its primary business location in New Jersey, and
• is willing to review and observe copyright restrictions on NJKI content...

...Then please send them to the NJKI membership application form (found online at www.njki.org under "Sign Up!")

Please be sure to ask them to note on their application that they were referred by you.
